Until 1999, Baltimor-Amur was one of the 6 enterprises of the holding that produced the famous Baltimor ketchup. After the sale of Baltimor Holding to Unilever, the Baltimor-Amur plant did not enter into the deal and gained independence, becoming one of the leading vegetable food producers. Today, the company produces a wide product line, from tomato pastes and ketchups to vegetable snacks and salads. All products are made only from natural, high-quality products, without the use of artificial preservatives and dyes.

Production is carried out in workshops with an area of ​​more than 3000 square meters. The plant is equipped with INDEX packaging equipment, which allows packaging products with high accuracy and quality, avoiding technological losses. In addition, the production is equipped with blow molding machines from TEHNO (Italy) - one of the best in the world, which allows the plant to independently produce plastic containers and even better control the quality of the product.

Sterilization of products is carried out on modern Italian-made autoclave equipment of the company "Panini". The juice production workshop has passed the voluntary certification procedure and meets the requirements for the production of food products intended for baby food. In December 2021, a complete modernization of equipment was carried out in this workshop.
